This is a collection of spontaneous material that has come together over the last 6 months or so. All the sounds you hear come from one instrument (a DF-6 from Dragonfly Tapping Instruments) with various live effects. Its not a classic 'tapping' album at all, instead I've enjoyed exploring textures created by various playing techniques - including bowing, electronic sustaining, damping, hammering, scratching and such. I've resisted the temptation to 'fix' things too much, so what you hear is basically a simple arrangement of the original live looping session.
